Join us as we lace up our running shoes and come together for a morning of family fun and fitness at our Annual Elk Grove Gobble Wobble 5k Run/Walk! Let's kickstart our Thanksgiving celebrations with a heartwarming tradition, all while supporting Chicks in Crisis and helping families cross the finish line.
In-Person Event Location: 8280 Longleaf Drive, Elk Grove, CA 95758
Day of Schedule: (Thanksgiving, 11/28/24)
- 8:00am - Check-In, refreshments, raffle open, music, vendor booths/kids fun zone open
- 8:55am - National Anthem
- 9:00am - Kids 1/4 mile fun run starts (non-timed)
- 9:15am - 5K Run starts (timed)
- 10:00am-11:30am - after party, food, music, and much more!
Virtual Option: - 5K Only. .
Can't make it in person? No worries! Choose our virtual option and run for babies wherever and whenever suits you best! Simply complete your 5K between November 20th - November 28th, 2024, and share your time online using the IYR App to receive your completion certificate. Let's race together, even when we're apart!

In-Person:
- Early Bird Special - $30 before 9/1/24
- 9/1 – 9/30: September: $35
- 10/1 – 10/30: October: $40
- 11/1 – 11/15: November: $45
- 11/16 – 11/28 (Race Day): $50
- Kid's 1/4 mile fun run ONLY: $10 (10 & under, shirt not included)
- Option to buy a shirt at checkout for an additional $15.
Virtual:
- $45
- Virtual Option: Race for babies when and where you want, outside or on a treadmill, in support of Chicks in Crisis. Enjoy a 5K route of your choice and post your time online between November 20 - November 28, 2024. The run can be completed wherever you are located. Download the IYR App to post times and picture to receive your completion certificate and be illustrated in Virtual Results. Virtual option does not include shirt, bib or swag bag - and does not secure you a spot at the event.
Packet Pick-Up: Don't forget to pick up your bib and swag bag at the Chicks in Crisis Ranch: 9455 E Stockton Blvd, Elk Grove, CA 95624. Choose from these convenient days and times:
- Saturday, 11/23/24 – 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Tuesday, 11/26/24 – 12:30 pm – 5:30 pm
- Wednesday, 11/27/24 – 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
