In the last five years, we have distributed over 822,000 items (diapers, wipes, formula, clothes and hygiene) and served over 22,000 moms and dads in our community. With the addition of our mobile unit this year, we are able to serve 100+ people per day and this means we need to raise approximately $2,000 a DAY in order to keep operations going. Our community needs us and we could not do this without your incredible support. We hope you’ll help us continue to serve more of the disadvantaged and underserved people in need here in our Sacramento and Elk Grove Community.
WHERE DO YOUR DONOR DOLLARS GO?
When you donate to Chicks in Crisis, you are directly helping moms and dads become capable parents by:
- Ensuring their babies stay fed, healthy and dry
- Providing diapers, wipes, formula, clothing and other essential items to their families as they continue their education
- Supporting them and encouraging them to stay in school and graduate
- Assisting low-income parents with diapers and supplies via our mobile unit
